The Indian Trust for Rural Heritage and Development (ITRHD) stands as the only organization in India; with dual objective of conserving rural heritage and rural development. It uniquely bridges conserving rural heritage and driving rural development; enhancing rural economy and livelihood, through the conservation of precious heritage assets that might otherwise be lost to future generations. With the guidance and support of some of the great leaders in the country, ITRHD is on a mission to transform and empower rural India through initiatives from various lens, such as: sustainability, cultural upliftment, revival of craftsmanship, preservation and restoration, among many others creating a more inclusive and equal framework for the society.
