1. Transferable Registrations
If a registrant is unable to attend the event but wishes to transfer the registration to another individual, this can be done by notifying ITRHD at least 7 days prior to the event. Transfers will be subject to availability and administrative approval.
2. Online Transactions
For any transactions completed through the website (www.prbh.itrhd.com), the following conditions apply:
- Refund Requests: Refunds for online registrations and ticket purchases will only be considered if the request is submitted within 7 days of the transaction date, provided the event registration has not yet occurred.
- Event Cancellations by ITRHD: If ITRHD cancels the event or changes the event date, a full refund will be issued to all registrants. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Partial Refunds: If a registrant cancels their registration before the event, ITRHD will offer a partial refund based on the time of cancellation as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: 80% refund
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund
- Processing Fees: Any applicable processing fees or transaction fees, such as payment gateway charges, will not be refunded.
- Refund Processing Time: Once the refund request is approved, the processing time for online refunds may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank's processing times.
3. Offline Transactions
For offline registrations or payments made at event-related counters or through bank transfers, the following conditions apply:
- Refund Requests: Refunds for online registrations and ticket purchases will only be considered if the request is submitted within 7 days of the transaction date, provided the event registration has not yet occurred.
